As a Kiyara Cleaning client you’ll benefit from having a dedicated cleaner – or a team of cleaners if the office space is exceptionally large – and we guarantee to send a highly qualified replacement if your dedicated cleaner is unavailable for any reason.
A pre-contract visit by one of our senior account managers to assess your needs means you’re always in control of the service we provide, and regular inspections by senior supervisors with more than 13 years’ industry experience ensure we deliver on what’s been agreed.
That all means your cleaner will have a detailed understanding of your needs and those of your staff.
- Vacuuming all carpets and/or washing hard wood or tiled flooring
- All accessible surfaces, including skirting boards, picture rails and cornice work wiped down and/or dusted
- Kitchen surfaces cleaned with appropriate environmentally friendly solutions and methods, washing up, and appliances wiped down
- Bathroom and toilet sanitised using sustainable products and methods
- All bins emptied, liners replaced, and refuse disposed of in accordance with local authority directives
- All accessible interior windows cleaned (our external window cleaning service is available at an additional cost, if desired)
- Office equipment (phones, computers, copiers etc.) cleaned using solutions and methods appropriate to each item
